Driver was very helpful despite language barrier. Tour operator kept in touch with ETAs. I would definitely use the again

Driver was on time and courteous. We had 4 passengers with 4 large bags and 4 carry on bags. The SUV was not able to hold all of our luggage in the rear. We had to have the carry on bags on our laps. Driver was a bit erratic with driving when we came to the speed traps. We would have preferred a larger bus similar to the one we took on the way to our home on April 9.
