4.00I booked a limo to pick my wife and I up from Changi Airport on our arrival during our Honeymoon. The car was not there when we arrived so I contacted them via WhatsApp. It turned out that there was a mix up with the booking and it had not been confirmed. the person on the phone was very apologetic and assured me he would try to make other arrangements. We ordered a coffee and by the time we sat down to drink it I had a call from a driver who was two minutes away. He arrived in a very nice car and took us to our Hotel. The company did not charge us for the service as the mix up was their fault. This was a pleasant surprise and very good of them, we thought. We will use them again.
