Kindly indicate the time required for pick up. Note the allowable waiting time is only 15 minutes. Beyond the allowable waiting time, the booking will be considered as no show and no refund is entitled

Our chauffeur will report to the hotel concierge and request their assistance to identify you in the hotel lobby. Please wait at the hotel lobby prior to the pickup time. We strongly recommend the pickup time to be 150mins before the scheduled flight departure time in case of bad traffic condition.
