5.00BSR tours was very welcoming and greeted me like family. The staff was laid back and very accommodating.Ellis and Mercy answered promptly to any question or concerns. Julia was a blessing to get to know and help navigate being in Africa. Julia helped me shop and taught me how to navigate my surroundings.I felt comfortable walking to the on my own during down time.Nii Laaye was not only knowledgeable but very passionate about Africa!! I had an awesome and life changing experience for me and felt as though I was treated as family. I can not wait for my next trip.
