This glimpse into the food of Vietnam told a story of the people and their lifestyle. We were teamed together with Eugene. His knowledge of Vietnam, the history, the language, the people, and the food enhanced the experience ten-fold. We initially had feelings of indifference towards Saigon but after our tour, we leave feeling a great sense of appreciation and gratitude. Not only was this merely a “food tour,” but it was the highlight of our stay. We would highly recommend having this experience upon arrival. We made the unfortunate mistake by booking on our last night. But, it gives us a platform for future trips and just a taste of what else Saigon has to offer.

Anna was our guide for this tour and she was amazing. Her explanation of the food and culture were outstanding and she was happy to answer all of our "off topic" questions. There was quite a lot of food to get through, but the walks in between made it very manageable. We weren't rushed at all and were transported to and from our hotel in high quality taxis. We would highly recommend this tour on any trip to Saigon.

All the food that we had during this tour were absolutely delicious, everything was cooked upon our arrival and served fresh and piping hot. Our personal favourites were the Bun Khot, Bo La Lot and Stir-fried Rice Cakes with Sweet Soy Sauce! Even with the huge array of foods served and how full we were, we still enjoy every bit of it! Our guide Anna was extremely friendly and fun throughout the entire tour! Overall such an great experience! Worth trying out for sure!

We love food tours and this one was exceptional! Catherine was our guide and a great communicator, very knowledgeable and really funny! She took us to excellent street vendors we would have never found on our own and knew exactly what to order. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this tour and Catherine as your guide!

We had a wonderful time with Eugene and Tu. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We had several people who weren't able to walk long distances, there were happy to adapt to our needs and the food we tried was incredible! We loved walking around parts of HCMC that we wouldn't have done on our own, particularly finding the night flower markets.
