We had an incredible HCMC food tour with this company. Our guide Lucy was warm, informative, funny and just an absolute pleasure to be with for an evening of amazing food. It was the best food we have eaten in 2 weeks in Vietnam. Will recommend Lucy to everyone we know. Thank you Steet Food man!

Vejo was our guide and he nailed it! Our group had such an amazing time. Candidly, it was the highlight of our visit in Ho Chi Minh City. Vejo did an amazing job explaining the history, culture and the food. Everything we ate on the tour was phenomenal and it was well worth the money. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

We had the pleasure of having Lucy as our tour guide for our street food tour. I was so impressed that they allowed the tour even though it was only my husband and I. It is out first time to Vietnam so we didn't know what to expect. What we got was a great selection of delicious street food, accompanied with fun information about the dishes from Lucy. She just seemed to know when to allow us to just enjoy the food and when to give us more information. Lucy also had lots of fun challenges along the way. The tour was so much more than we expected, there is no way we would have found the gems she took us to, or known what to order. Thankyou Lucy and The street food man.

Streetfood Tour in Ho Chi Minh City – A Must-Do Experience! We had an amazing street food tour in Ho Chi Minh City organized by Streetfood, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Vejo, was passionate and engaging, making the experience both fun and educational. Thanks to him, we discovered dishes and flavors we would never have found on our own. Vejo didn’t just share his knowledge of food—he also introduced us to the beauty of local flowers with the same enthusiasm. Throughout the tour, he showed great care for our safety in the bustling traffic of HCMC, which made us feel comfortable and secure. This street food tour is an absolute recommendation for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you, Vejo, for an unforgettable experience! Kristel & Rolf

We spent an amazing four hours with the charming Thin walking the bustling streets and alleys of HCM City while learning about and tasting some amazing foods. Thin was organized and attentive and did a great job moving us around, pointing out sights, explaining some history/context, but mainly getting us to some hole in the wall spots for some crazy good food. We rolled our own spring rolls, had amazing crab noodles, banh mi, 4 seafood dishes and more. This group makes a point of doing food tours in most places we travel together, and this was one of the absolute best we’ve ever done - highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Vejo, from the moment he met us at our hotel, his bubbly and friendly personality was so welcoming. He took us away from the 'touristy' streets and to local places we never would have thought to go in. Along the way we enjoyed chatting with Vejo about Vietnam culture and food. We would highly recommend this tour if you're after an authentic foodie experience in HCMC He was very accommodating and hospitable with my husbands seafood allergy and both of us not feeling to well. Such a wonderful individual who really shows his passion for thr culture and food of Ho Chi Minh City.

Lucy was our most perfect private food tour guide. She was such a wealth of knowledge - taught us so much about all the different herbs and ingredients in dishes we tried, explained how the dishes are prepared, answered all of pur questions about the intricacies of food from different parts of Vietnam, the history and highlighted some points of interest in the districts we were in. She guided us through many tucked away streets and a night food market we would have otherwise never known to explore on our own. We had a fun evening trying many new and very delicious foods outside of tourist areas and ate amongst the locals. We were already acquainted with some typical vietnamese foods in our own country so this tour was especially refreshing since it skipped all the typical foods that most other tour companies were offering / stuff we had already seen or tried before on our trip. She was very open to change one of places on the originally planned itinerary and even made sure we had beverages to keep us hydrated and cool throughout the evening. Though we didn't have any special dietary needs, found out they can accomodate for food allergies like peanut or gluten and have vegetarian options as well - all very hard to come by for a food tour in Vietnam. 100% recommend this tour!

We did a private tour for two. Lucy was our tour guide and was fantastic. She was very communicative, punctual, and made sure to meet/exceed our expectations. She was sure to ask about dietary restrictions and preferences ahead of time, and made accommodations accordingly (even changing the menu to ensure we didn't repeat things we already tried) She was very knowledgeable and more than happy to share her knowledge with us. Overall it was an absolute highlight and i strongly recommend this tour. Better if you do it on your first day to jump-start your Ho Chi Minh experience!
