  Had an awesome day in Suzhou with our guide Kimi! He was super friendly and made everything easy and fun. We strolled through the beautiful Humble Administrator’s Garden, zipped around on a rickshaw, and snapped great pics at Pingjiang Road and the old city wall at Pan Gate. Lunch at the restaurant was super yummy, and the boat ride at Shantang Street was the perfect ending. Thanks, Kimi – you’re the best!

  We had a wonderfull day with our excellent tourguide. Her western name was Berlin and she was really good in English. She picked us up at our hotel and made sure we had an excellent experience, hassle free. Thank you for showing us the historical sites and teaching us the local history while also laughing at my dry dad jokes 😅 I can definitely recommend everyone who is visiting Shanghai to arrange this tour, the whole day was well planned and organised!

  We went on this tour as a group of colleagues and had a truly memorable experience. From start to finish, Elena took excellent care of us—managing all the logistics, transportation, and coordination with ease. Her warm, professional approach made the entire day smooth and stress-free. Once in Suzhou, we were joined by Tracy, our local guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's rich history and culture. She brought each site to life with insightful commentary, especially at the Humble Administrator’s Garden and along Pingjiang Road. The combination of Tracy’s expertise and Elena’s impeccable organisation made this a standout experience. The bullet train, private transfers, delicious local lunch, and scenic boat and rickshaw rides were all top-notch. Highly recommended for teams or small groups looking for a well-managed and enriching day trip from Shanghai. Five stars without hesitation!

  Let me start by saying that we take many international trips and have met many tours guides over the years. That being said, although there may be guides just as good, there are certainly none better than Alana and Caroline. These two are the absolute best!!! To start our day, dummy me, let me repeat - dummy me, left my mobile phone in our transport from the hotel to the train station. After mentioning such to Caroline, she went to 'work' locating my phone. She 'found' it and had it forwarded to Alana for safekeeping. I was impressed...and appreciative. Thank you both again. I'd hug you both if I could. As for our trip to Suzhou, it was nothing short of fantastic. Caroline is one of the absolute best guides that we have ever had...very professional, very gracious, and very 'warm'. She's very proud of her culture. She loves to share her knowledge and has wonderful little personal 'tidbits' of info about each locale that you'd never know without her gracious sharing. It was a fun day. Lunch was yummy too. To add, the coordination for the day was seamless. Everything happens at the right pace...no rushing ever. It's a great day trip. Highly recommended. Caroline is wonderful. So much so that we requested her for our follow up tour to Zhujiajiao two days later. That's another story for another day and another review. Stay tuned. And, yes, I have my mobile phone hehe
