  Fantastic organisation of a trip and very personal and experience. Caroline looked after us from start to finish ensuring we had the best time. We were a little worried about being vegetarian, however Caroline suggested great dishes and was not a worry at all, it was a delicious lunch.

  Queena was the best. We had an amazing time with her. She was knowledgeable, energetic, flexible and extremely friendly. She made me and my wide wife feel very comfortable from the beginning. Information given on each stop was easy to understand and detailed. Tour pace was also great. Lunch was absolutely delicious, great choice.. All and all was a great experience and I highly recommend the tour and of course Queena

  We had an incredible experience with Alana our tour guide on the bullet train from Shanghai to Suzhou. She started the administration process long before meeting her, thanks. From the start, Alana’s warmth and professionalism stood out. Later we were joined by Tracy, her deep knowledge of Suzhou’s rich history and cultural significance made every stop more meaningful. She shared fascinating stories and insights that brought the city to life. Exploring the historic gardens, canals, and local markets was unforgettable. The recommendations for authentic Suzhou cuisine were spot on. Her ability to blend historical context with the vibrant local culture made this journey both educational and enjoyable. The seamless coordination of the bullet train and the entire day’s itinerary was impressive. We highly recommend both Alana and Tracy to anyone looking for an informative and delightful cultural tour.

  We had Kimi for our guide and he had so much interesting information to share with us. We opted for the lunch and all-in option and there were no regrets. The lunch was one of the best we had on the trip. Everything was seamless and we will definitely recommend this for first timers to Suzhou!
