Berlin was such a great tour guide and made my Suzhou trip unforgettable. She was extremely friendly and fluent in English. The entire trip was seamlessly planned and was filled with rich cultural insights as we explored canals and gardens. Her knowledge and warm personality made the trip a special experience and a great add to my overall Shanghai Trip. Would highly recommend her tour!!!!

Our guide, Catherine was an absolute delight to be with on our tour of Suzhou. She is a very knowledgeable, intelligent and witty lady and extremely helpful and considerate. She ensured we covered all the key points of interest and organised alternatives very efficiently. She is very patient, tolerant and an excellent guide. The tour arrangements were fantastic and it was very efficiently organised.

Caroline was exceptionally good. Patient and professional. Arrived sharp on time. Took us by private car to the train station and gave us our first train ride in China. Full of information about our tour which she progressively shared with us a relief as there was much to digest. Highly recommended.

We started off the day taking a 30 minute bullet train ride to Suzhou with our tour guide, Queena. We went on a Sunday and there were a lot of people so we are really glad to have this day all planned and organized for us. We managed to visit all the places in the itinerary - Grand Canal Boat Ride, Humble Administrator's Garden, Pan Men City Gate, Rickshaw ride and Queena knew all the best spots to take pictures so she made sure we did not miss any of them. There was so much to see, explore and soak in but we were on a time restraint. Definitely a place worth visiting for more than 1 day. Queena was a lovely, bright and bubbly tour guide who spoke English really well and we enjoyed our day with her. The place she took us to lunch was also delicious.
