5.00My husband and I had a memorable trip from Shanghai to Suzhou by bullet train on 31st July 2025. The organization was brilliant from the moment of booking till the end of the tour. The owner of the company Ms Alana was always in contact with us on WhatsApp to ensure everything goes smooth and to fulfil any requirements from our side. Our guide was a charming young lady Miss Berlin, she spoke fluent English and had a detailed knowledge about Suzhou and Chinese history. Berlin was with us from the start of the trip, assisted us at the train station and on the bullet train, made sure we had the best seats and travelled comfortably. In Suzhou she showed us the most picturesque spots and took us to the best restaurant for a delicious lunch. We also had a boat tour and a rickshaw ride which were great fun! We want to thank Ms Alana and Ms Berlin for their great job and to recommend this tour and this travel agent to any travelers who want to experience the fascinating city of Suzhou and have a really quality time!
