5.00An excellent day out. Well worth the long drives to and from Taipei. Our Driver / Guide, Junior was very helpful and knew exactly where to stop / park in The National Park. Many of the trails are still closed due to the 2024 earthquake but he was able to make it a great experience and we had time to walk / take photos and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

5.00I 100% recommend this tour! Our guide was Paul and he was the best tour guide EVER, hanging out with him the whole day was a highlight of our whole Taiwan trip. The area is still beautiful too with the repairs going on, and it helps to go with a guide if you're thinking about doing it because of these conditions. It is a long day but we would do this trip all over again!

5.00I went on the Taroko tour with Steven Huang, and he was great. He was informative, friendly and always looking out for my preferences. Everything was easy — from pickup, to sorting out meals and all of the photo stops. Note all of the hiking trails are closed because of the 2024 earthquake, but Steven made that up with a lot of stops for selfies. We also grabbed lunch at an indigenous Taiwanese tribal restaurant which is one of a kind. Five out of five stars!

5.00I was a little concerned before, as it’s not fully reopened, but I was rest assured as the day went on. Mr den was a great tour guide, showing me all the amazing sites. Definitely a trip to remember, it’s worth it just for the cheeky monkeys 🙊 Thanks for a lovely day

5.00I wasn’t sure what to expect after hearing about the earthquake in Hualien but I decided to try this tour and I’m so glad I did! My tour guide Caleb was so sweet and he knew how to make some adjustments on the fly to accommodate changing weather and the restrictions on the roads to make sure I got to see everything. I was able to see the gorge and all the beautiful scenery including the temples in the national park and some really gorgeous coastal views and he also suggested a really wonderful lunch to try some of the indigenous Taiwanese food which was excellent and very inexpensive. There is still some construction and there are some things that aren’t open, but if you are wondering if it’s still worth going to Taroko and whether it is a good idea to do the day trip from Taipei, I think the answer is absolutely yes! Especially since some things are still closed I’m glad I decided to do the day trip rather than trying to stay overnight in Hualien. The drive was also pleasant with some nice scenery and the car ride was comfortable and relaxing. The scenery in Taroko is just so gorgeous - don’t miss it! I highly recommend this tour!

5.00Great experience, would absolutely recommend doing! The Taroko gorge is beautiful and worth a trip even if you can’t do any hiking atm because of the recent earthquake. Caleb, our English speaking tourguide, shared a lot of interesting information on the ride. It was really nice talking to him about culture and Taiwan in general. He adapted the plan to our personal preference and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!
Memory back in 2017, hope THE TRAIL IS still there after huge 7.2 quake recently

4.00My wife and I spent three weeks in Taiwan back in 2017. This is one of the stop and we spent hours on walking on this trai. Beautiful view. Great air. HOPE THE TRAIL SURVIVES after the recent quake (i.e. April 3, 2024)
