It was a full day and we saw so much. Learned about history of Plovid and all of Bulgaria. Left at 8:30 and didn’t get back to Sofia until 6:40! Sveat, our guide was wanting to show us so much more but we were exhausted! Really spectacular guide!

Wonderful experience, able to go at my own pace and see the things I wanted to see instead of the usual cookie cutter tours. Plovdiv is not to be missed. Also did the Sofia city tour, so much more than I thought there would be.

We were picked up on time. The car was very comfortable and the journey was smooth. Svet our guide and driver showed us around Plovdiv and we learned many important facts from his explanations. We saw all the highlights then had some free time for some lunch and shopping. When we finished we met Svet who drove us back to Sofia. I would highly recommend Svet for this tour! He was amazing!

we have been traveling regularly for over 50 years and rarely leave reviews because one persons experience may not necessarily suit others. However in this case Bulgaria Tours exceeded our expectations on every level. Their planning of the trip and its detail was extraordinary. The accommodation provided was varied excellent allowing us to get close to understanding the people who live and have lived in this country. The scenery is beyond explanation and the layers of history that unfolded make this country one to put at the top of the list. Our guide of the 12 day tour not only had spoke fluent English but had the background knowledge and experience to bring every day alive. There is nothing more the company could have done to make our experience better . We thank the team forgiving us such a wonderful trip and have no hesitation in recommending them. Pavlina offered a well-organized, 6-day trip centered around the Rose Festival in Kazanlak. Great hotels, good driver and comfortable tourist van for 3 women (strangers until we met, then friends!). The guide spoke excellent English, was entertaining and knew his Bulgarian history, literature, folklore and geography--he made the tour thoroughly enjoyable! On a separate daytrip, Pavlina took us to Rila and Boyana: WOW! I would highly recommend Easy Bulgaria Travel!

Pavlina at Easy Bulgaria Tour was able to put together a Plovdiv tour that I wanted - but also fulfilled my request to visit the Red Church (4th Century ruins) and Asen's Fortress (13th Century) - all in one day. Thank you, Pavlina and Easy Bulgaria Travel... and thank you to my guide, Volen. He was very knowledgeable and easy-going. It was a delightful day.
