This tour has a bilingual guide who will accompany and assist travelers throughout the tour. A bilingual guide in a comfortable, air-conditioned car will pick up travelers at their hotel or place of lodging in Medellín for this private excursion. then we start the tour heading towards commune 13 in the west of the city where our first stop will be one of the Medellin cable cars so that travelers get to know a little about our mass transportation system considered one of the best in Latin America in addition to appreciating a spectacular panoramic view of the city. After getting to know Medellin from the heights of the cable car or metro cable, we enter the heart of Comuna 13 where we will walk and explore every corner of this neighborhood full of history, culture and art and which has become an example of transformation for the city and the world. Carlos was an amazing tour guide. He taught us a great deal of Colombian history and culture giving us a rich appreciation of the area. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, helping us practice our Spanish but also able to explain anything fully in English. Carlos has great relationships with many locals giving you a true V.I.P. Experience.

I have done several Comuna tours in Medellin and I can say, without reservation, this this is the BEST ONE HANDS DOWN!! GREAT TOUR GUIDE AND GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!! I will say that I consider myself an expert on the Comuna tours as I go there about every three months, YES, IT IS THAT GOOD OF A PLACE TO GO!! Also VERY SAFE so, relax and enjoy yourself in Colombia 🇨🇴!!

Carlos is an amazing person with good knowledge of colombia. He took me to pablo, comuna 13 and hotdog bites ! He has good photography skill i go back home with plenty of good pictures. Do not hesitate to choose Star Tours MDE. This tour is truly a gem :)

The most memorable part was my wonderful guide Carlos from Star Tours. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Very thorough! My favorite parts were the cable car ride and the live rap show we saw. But I actually loved everything about the tour. Omg and the art!!!

My favorite part of this tour was the whole tour. From the very beginning Carlos picked us up and explained what was on the itinerary. He was very accommodating and took his time to answer our questions and explain the history of Communa 13, the history, murals, and information of how Communa 13 has transformed. Carlos also, gave us time to so some explore, shop, and have a drink at a local bar. The tour in general was great, you will not regret booking with him.
