Yuka was a wonderful tour guide. She drove safely, gave us interesting history of places and towns we visited. And attended to our needs meticulously. This was one of the best parts of our trip.

Mountain driving with a lot of snow; Kumiko is an excellent driver! Possible to combine all 3 UNESCO sites. She found an amazing restaurant that locals go to s no tourist trap!

We had a fantastic time as a family in this private tour! Kudos to Mai, our tour driver! She is nice person (very important when you’re in an all-day private tour), and very knowledgeable about the region. She was very flexible, especially when we decided to skip the visit to Hida Furukawa and spend more time in Shirakawago and Takayama (amazing spots, by the way). Lastly, but very important, she is a great and calm driver, and is always checking the weather and road conditions, especially when snowing. Highly recommended!
This is not a tour. This is an expensive taxi ride to three different cities.

This is not a tour, and calling it a tour is misleading. This is a drive. The driver will take you from place to place with little to no explanation. In 9 hours we maybe exchanged 50 words. Maybe. His English was a 6/10 and I'm being generous. They will drive you to a city, throw you out of the car and have you do whatever you want. The city in the middle of the tour (which I can't even remember the name) is completely unremarkable, especially at this time of year. Everything is closed, there's nothing to do. Maybe take it out of the tour during the winter? Anyway, completely disappointed by this, they should make it abundantly more clear that this is NOT A TOUR.
