3.00I booked a tuk tuk tour with hotel pickup, which was listed as an available option during the reservation process. Unfortunately, there was confusion with the driver, who messaged me sounding upset since he typically picks up from set locations. He eventually came to my hotel—the pickup location clearly stated in the booking—but the interaction unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the tour. From the start, he seemed visibly annoyed. The experience felt rushed, and he provided very minimal information at each stop. There was little to no engagement, which made the tour feel impersonal and disappointing. He did offer to take photos, but most of them turned out poorly—eyes closed or blurry from movement. Thankfully, I checked them and ended up taking my own pictures and selfies instead. Although there was a slight attempt to improve the experience later on, it felt too little after such a rough start. Overall, I would not recommend this tour.

5.00My sisters and I had a lovely time on this tuk tuk ride. Our driver was on time and kindly showed us around to some of the most iconic monuments / places in Paris. We enjoyed all of the history and stories he incorporated, bringing the city to life! He also went above and beyond by going over time and dropping us off at our next appointment so we wouldn't be late. We will definitely be recommending this experience in the future.

5.00This is the best way to see all the amazing places in Paris! Our guide Noe was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and made the tour great. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children (ages 14, 11, 6) and this was the perfect way for us to explore the amazing city. Thank you Noe!!!

5.00Neo was a great tour guide Tuk tuk is so much fun We saw lots of famous landmarks and didn’t have to walk anywhere!! Lots of information and great chat. Our 2 boys (9 & 6) loved it. Neo also took some beautiful family snaps on my phone which we will treasure. Highly recommend 💕

5.00The tour was unbelievable- we are so glad we booked. It’s New Year’s Day, my kids were up late and then early for the Eurostar so knew walking wouldn’t be on the agenda. For two hours we were totally engaged - he took us to the best photo spots, croissant spots and we saw and learnt so much. I’d 100% recommend for anyone taking kids to Paris
