We had the most wonderful time on our tour. Our driver was amazing! Very knowledgeable and took us everywhere! We felt very safe with him at all times. Our party of 12 meet our driver outside the cruise ship terminal and we returned to the same place. He knew the roads and made sure we were back in time for our cruise boat departure. We took his advice for lunch, and we were treated like royalty. It was such an awesome experience, I highly recommend this tour.

From the moment Juan Carlos picked us up at the cruise terminal, the experience was seamless. Our guide was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to our specific needs. Since I was traveling with a parent with mobility issues, it was a relief to have a customized itinerary that allowed for shorter walking distances, easy-access stops, and a comfortable vehicle throughout the day. We still got to see all the highlights of Mazatlán—the historic old town, the cathedral, a scenic drive along the Malecón, and even some time by the beach. The guide gave us the perfect mix of sightseeing, local history, and relaxing moments. We never felt rushed or left behind, and the tour was adjusted to suit our pace. He truly takes his time to emphasize the highlights between every popular tourist spot he took us to. We were extremely happy with the tour of Mazatlan. Our guide Robert asked us what we wanted to do ensuring we prioritized the tour highlights to our liking. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to help us find some random items we were hoping to buy (a guava pie and cake). The van that was used to transport our group of 7 was clean and air conditioned. We felt safe the entire trip.
