Embark on a unique adventure through some of the most iconic places in Mexico City. Our tour begins in the charming Coyoacán neighborhood, known for its cobblestone streets, colonial houses, and vibrant bohemian atmosphere. Here, you can immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the place, visiting historical sites and enjoying local cuisine.

Next, we will head to the majestic Estadio Azteca, one of the largest and most famous soccer stadiums in the world. You will have the opportunity to take incredible photos and learn more about this iconic place that has been the scene of historic sporting events.

To culminate our adventure, we will move to the picturesque canals of Xochimilco. You will enjoy a relaxing trajinera ride for one hour, sailing through the canals while delighting in mariachi music and the festive atmosphere.

What To Expect

Coyoacan

We'll begin our walk at the iconic Coyote Fountain, the symbol of the neighborhood, where you can admire the sculptures of the coyotes that give Coyoacán its name. Next, we'll head to the beautiful Centenario Park, a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature in the middle of the city. We'll visit the historic San Juan Bautista Parish, one of the oldest in the city, with its impressive colonial architecture and rich history. During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to try delicious typical Mexican food (not included), with options ranging from snacks to traditional dishes.

The tour we took with Mr. Roberto and Miguel was fantastic! It was one of my favorite parts of our trip. Several friends recommended that we use their services, and they were absolutely right. We booked the tour just a day in advance. Miguel was prompt in answering all my questions and personalized the day trip for my family. My brother and I had an amazing experience on our tour to Coyoacán and Xochimilco. The standout feature was having two fantastic guides, each contributing uniquely to the experience. One guide handled the driving and arranged timely pickups after we finished exploring each area, while the they joined us to lead the tour, sharing fascinating insights and making sure we didn’t miss a thing. Both guides were very kind, flexible, and accommodating to all our requests, which made the day even more enjoyable. Overall, the tour was well-organized, fun, and informative. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to immerse themselves in these unique parts of Mexico City!

Our family (including two boys 7 and 9) did a private tour with Miguel. He was a terrific guide- very knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible throughout the day. Our boys loved the bonus stop at Estadio Azteca. We learned a lot! We would highly recommend this tour.

I highly recommend Father & Son Tours. Our guide Miguel was warm, hospitable and engaging with our group. I really enjoyed the walking tour and Miguel was very accomodating when we wanted to spend a little more time in the market. We never felt rushed. This was a wonderful tour! A group of us wanted a no stress way to visit Coyoacán & Xochimilco and this was exactly that. They picked us up promptly in a clean, comfortable van and were very informative and friendly the entire tour. It is a full day but we all really enjoyed it!

Miguel and driver Roberto were top notch. From pick up to drop off, Miguel was professional, funny, and a wealth of knowledge. We learned so much about Coyoacan and had a wonderful feast on the floating gardens. A bonus - super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp! Highly recommend this tour.

F+S tours did a wonderful job in this tour. We already had tickets to the Frida Kahlo museum that morning and they were very accommodating in meeting us there and starting the tour from that point. We learned a lot about the history of Coyoacan and even had a chance to eat some of their famous Churros! They drove us to Xochimilco and had a great time, learned a lot, and even enjoyed mariachi music and drinks while floating through Xochimilco. At the end of the tour, they dropped us off at our hotel, a much welcome detail. Thank you for a great time!
