5.00My parents and I had an amazing Mount Fuji tour yesterday with Zia, and it couldn’t have been better! He was incredibly patient and kind with my parents, which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable for my family. Zia also pointed out the best Japanese snacks to try, including fresh dango and mochi, delicious ice cream, and traditional Japanese food we might have otherwise missed. He was a great photographer and captured wonderful memories for us throughout the day. The day was perfectly clear, and we were very lucky to see Mount Fuji in all its beauty, with Zia’s great company making the ride to and from Mount Fuji just as enjoyable as the destination itself! Highly recommend! 😊🗻🍦🇯🇵🏯🍡🍜

5.00Our driver-cum-guide Sam was very friendly and flexible. He also suggested a few good things to try and took us to a temple that we specifically wanted to visit. We all had a great time and would recommend this tour.
Hakone to Mt Fuji

5.00We opted to see Hakone first because we had accomodation in Kawaguchiko, near Mt Fuji. Bajwah, our driver, arrived early & provided a full explanation of activities/ sights we could enjoy. We stopped for a quick bite then saw the open air museum which was incredible and travelled up the mountain on the rope way at Hakone. After a traditional style lunch we spent time in a village with ponds filled with run off water from Mt Fuji. Then it was time for my son, a keen photographer, to visit Honcho St. After that we walked the 398 steps to Chureito Pagoda for a truly glorious vista of Mt Fuji. Finally we had the best ice cream ever at Oishi Park. Thank you to Bajwah for an awesome day! We loved it!

4.00The tour was overall good. We really enjoyed being picked up from our hotel and being in the privacy of our own car. All the places we visited were wonderful,. Our disappointment, though, lay in the fact that the last place we were supposed to visit, the iconic pagoda, was closed for maintenance, so our tour ended at least an hour sooner than expected. The guide did not tell us about the closing until we were supposed to head in that direction. I feel that the company should have known that it was closed ahead of time and offered up an alternative. At the very least we should have known at the beginning of the day; we would have opted to do Hakone, as well… not just Mt. Fuji.

5.00This was a great tour. We got so close to Mt Fuji..much better than expected. Lots of stops and bathroom breaks and many photo opportunities. Our guide Sam was so full of knowledge. He gave us space when needed to explore individually and stayed with us when needed. He also recommended which food stalls were good etc. You will be lucky if you get Sam. It's a long day but so comfortable and the time flies. The lake is a big highlight with Mt Fuji as the backdrop and the village too. We also enjoyed Oshino World Heritage as well as the Pagoda. Do not hesitate to book. It's worth the money for a private tour.
