5.00We had such a wonderful experience visiting Mt. Fuji with Graham! From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He shared so many interesting facts along the way, made sure we were comfortable, and took the time to make each stop special. We really appreciated his patience and kindness — especially with our 6-year-old — and the whole interaction felt easy, warm, and fun. Thanks to him, we got to see and learn so much more than we expected. Highly recommend Graham to anyone visiting Japan and wanting a memorable, personalized tour experience!

5.00The driver was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. We visited a great observation point and took some great photos of the mountain. That was followed by a trip up the mountain to the 5th stage. Have cash handy for the entrance fee.

5.00We had a great tour to see Fujisan while we were in Tokyo. Communication with the driver was a bit rough to start but it ended up working out perfectly fine and we were blessed with a beautifully clear day which allowed us to see Fujisan in all of her glory. The driver took us to a great place for a traditional lunch which was delicious. I'll definitely be booking a repeat tour when other family comes to visit.

5.00Petteri was simply wonderful. He adjusted the schedule to accommodate our needs - starting the day earlier than scheduled, adding new spots per our request, very good with our one year old & even had a car seat ready without us asking for it! He took candid videos/pictures for us, took us to the best spots to eat. Was very knowledgeable about the area. We covered much more than we expected in the 10hr tour thanks to him. Overall he was a pleasure to spend the day with and I highly recommend him.

5.00Full day trip but lots to see. We were lucky to start early AM and have a great view of mt Fuji. Zia our guide & driver was excellent/ very knowledgeable and took us many places of interest. Great driver despite extra holiday traffic. We highly recommend him !
