Tour includes entrance fees, round-trip Great Wall cable car or toboggan ticket, private guide and transfer service.

What To Expect

Mutianyu Great Wall

Picked up between 7:00am to 13:00pm in your hotel lobby. Then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year. Mutianyu Great Wall is located in Huai Rou County on the north-east of Beijing. This section of the Great Wall is about 75 KM from the center of Beijing. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. Cable car can take you up to the Great Wall, you can choose to enjoy the hiking to the peak or stay to enjoy the beautiful view. Cable down or toboggan down would be more fun. At the end, you will transferred back to your hotel

Great service of Mr Wang our driver and Ms Sun our tour guide. Very knowledgable Ms Sun and to Mr Wang getting us safe to our destination and for the souvenir. Also Ms Sun has the patience to answer all my son’s question :) Would recommend this team for sure. And will definitely come back and use then again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked this last minute tour to the Great Wall while going on a solo trip to Beijing. Everything was above expectations! From the time of picking me up in a hotel lobby to dropping me off was so smooth. A driver was kind enough to explain about the tickets and how to get up and down the Great Wall. He walked me to the shuttle bus and showed the route. I would definitely recommend going with this company, and if you are alone, don’t be scared to speak basic chinese or use translation app to communicate. 10/10!!!!

Had a great experience with Jerry, who was a friendly & knowledgeable tour guide! He provided lots of historical facts & context during our tour, as well as funny jokes. He also helped handle all the ticketing during the tour, allowing us to enjoy the full experience. I would definitely recommend doing this tour for anyone interested in going to the Great Wall!

Lucy Made Our Great Wall Day Truly Special We had such a great time visiting the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall with our guide, Lucy. From the start, she made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained the history of the Great Wall, the dynasties, and the stories behind the battles and construction in a way that was easy to follow and genuinely interesting. Her knowledge of Chinese history is incredible, and we learned so much throughout the day. One thing that really stood out was how eager she was to help us capture the moment. Lucy took amazing photos — some of the best we’ve ever had on a trip. She knew all the perfect angles, the best scenic spots, and was happy to take as many pictures as we wanted. Her friendliness, patience, and expertise turned this tour into one of the highlights of our stay in China. We’re so grateful for the experience and highly recommend Lucy to anyone visiting the Great Wall!
