What To Expect
Mutianyu Great Wall
Picked up between 7:00am to 13:00pm in your hotel lobby. Then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year. Mutianyu Great Wall is located in Huai Rou County on the north-east of Beijing. This section of the Great Wall is about 75 KM from the center of Beijing. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. Cable car can take you up to the Great Wall, you can choose to enjoy the hiking to the peak or stay to enjoy the beautiful view. Cable down or toboggan down would be more fun. At the end, you will transferred back to your hotel

5.00We had a great experience with Maggie, our tour guide, with a private tour. Everything was arranged perfectly, she was very informative and we did not have to think or worry about anything. She collected us on time, took care of all entry tickets, the chair lift, toboggan down which was moat fun, took lots of photos of us and was extremely caring and helpful. Would definitely recommend her and her tour company! This tour of the Great Wall of China was incredible.

5.00This tour was exactly why I was looking for when I planned to visit the Great Wall of China. Our tour guide ‘Jerry Ring’ was very friendly and efficient. He contacted me the day before and helped plan the trip to exactly how I wanted it. He’s very knowledgeable and explained the history of the Great Wall and China to me. He got us up to the Wall super fast, skipped all the long line. He took many beautiful photos for my wife and I. He then gave us privacy time to enjoy the wall by ourselves. Lastly, the toboggan slide was super fun. I highly recommend him and this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy the Great Wall as it’s one of the 7 Wonders of the World.

5.00To visit the Great Wall was my biggest dream since childhood. Our guide Jeffrey and our driver Sun were exceptional! We reached the Great Wall in a very modern van (free snacks and water were available) and Jeffrey told us about the Great Wall with passion and endless love for his own country.
