5.00We very highly recommend this company for tours in the Ushuaia area and Tierra del Fuego! In January 2026, our expedition cruise bus tour of Tierra del Fuego National Park was unexpectedly cancelled. As visiting Tierra del Fuego was a high priority for us, we looked for other options knowing we had only a 3-hour early morning window on our cruise debarkation day before we needed to be at the airport. We reached out to this company and they were extremely understanding, flexible, and efficient in arranging a custom vehicle tour for us. They picked us up on time at the gangplank of our cruise ship then delivered us, again on time, directly to the airport at the end of the tour. Our guide, Pablo, was excellent! He was deeply knowledgeable of the area, quite interesting to converse with, and had planned the itinerary to maximize the sites visited during the limited time we had while ensuring on-time arrival at the airport. Besides his knowledge, one of the many kindnesses he displayed included offering to take numerous photos of us (and other park visitors) at memorable spots! Then, after our tour, while waiting at the airport, we realized we had left an item in the vehicle when we got out. When contacted, the company immediately made arrangements for Pablo to return to the airport. He brought the item up to the security screening stations and stayed until it was screened and given to us on the other side. We cannot adequately express our gratitude for how this company and Pablo helped create an excellent experience and lifelong memories!
