What To Expect
Meet your guide in central Vienna at your chosen tour time for your Segway orientation session. Strap on your helmet, learn how to operate your personal motorized Segway and take a few practice spins. Then, get ready to hit the road! Your knowledgeable guide will take you to some of Vienna’s most famous and interesting attractions. Ride down the tree-lined Ringstrasse, cruise through pretty public parks, marvel at Hofburg Palace and the Rathaus building, glide through the Museum Quarter and ride down the narrow lanes of the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Vienna Old Town. 5.00Our guide, Horst Harrer, taught us how to ride the segways in record time and always made sure that we were all together and safe. When we would stop at the designated sites he would explain the history behind them very well and you could tell that he knows his history. He was always very kind and patience, so the next time you’re in Vienna make sure you ask for Horst Herrer! Interesting. Funny. Knowledgeable and safe

5.00What a fun way to experience our first day in this amazing city! Happy Horst- our sensational guide, kept us safe, entertained, laughing and informed, as we wound our way through the streets of magnificent Vienna! He took on our family of 7- grandparents, parents and teenage young adults- and we all were delighted! Can’t recommend highly enough- a perfect intro, with lots of follow up suggestions and such a fun day for all!

3.00We booked a private tour. We were given the choice of overview city tour or get out of the city to see some green. We chose the city tour and went to some spectacular iconic places of Vienna. Halfway through, we were asked if we wanted to ride along the river and see some green again. I was expecting something spectacular and chose to see the river and green. It was a boring ride through the small roads of the city before we reached the river. The ride along the river was very average and to be honest, quite boring. At the end of the tour, I recommended the tour guide not to recommend future customers to take the ride. I think he enjoyed the ride more than I did. Of course it was my fault that I made the wrong choice.

5.00Horst our guide was the best kind of guide for my family. Very energetic, funny, knowledgeable and considerate at all times making sure we were alright the whole time. I am usually a walking tour kind of gal but going in a Segway tour, you definitely get to cover a lot more areas. And of course this way you get to see more of the sites. I love when Horst told us about little not so popular historical events that happened in Vienna.
Simply must do a Segway!!
