The transfer to/from Halong bay will via express way 5B, only about 2,5h driving. A short break of about 15 minutes might be included. Kindly advise if you wish to skip

I booked this VTS Service for 2 ways. Pick up from airport to Hanoi Town and also Pick up from Hanoi town to the airport. I am very satisfied with the service. The driver is very on time and professional. They can speak very little English but everything was fine. The price was very reasonable with the nice car pick up. Highly recommend for those who are in hurry and does not have much time to wait for Grab or taxi.

Im really appreciate with the help of this transfer team as they help to send me safely from Hanoi airport to Hanoi city and vice versa. The driver wait me at the designated area punctually as the time stated in my bookings. They greet us well and help us out with our bags to carry inside the car and drive us safely to our destination. Even though one of the driver I met is a little bit more aggressive in driving but still acceptable for me as this might be the driving culture in Hanoi. Close your eyes, believe the driver and enjoy the ride. Overall, is a good and comfort experience. Once again great work to the team and keep up the good work.

I had just engaged VTS for my recent hanoi trip between 4th jan to 8th jan 2020. Right after I booked, I get a text from Kaylee who sent me a detailed instruction to meet the driver. True enough, it was a breeze from the airport and I had no issues finding the driver. Driver was on time and a good attitude. Journey to the hotel was excellent. Ride was smooth. Engaged them again for the transport to Halong Bay and back to hotel. So far it had been easy and no fuss. Will definitely reccomend to the my friends and do try them out!

The driver was on time. He was very courteous and had very good knowledge of which route to take. He dropped us to the right spot on the Airport and helped us till the Airport departure gate.

We are so grateful to have booked this private transfer. We were picked up from the airport for an $5 from a gentleman who was waiting with a sign right outside the terminal. He got us to our hotel in Halong Bay much quicker than expected. We would definitely use this service again!

We booked a cab for our transfer from Halong Bay to Hanoi airport through the app. We got immediate confirmation via WhatsApp. On the day of travel, we got the driver and vehicle details and the driver was right on time. The whole process was so seamless and the team was so prompt with their response.

I booked 2 trips with VTS and both were fantastic. My friend and I had no issues finding them at the airport and on the return trip the driver arrived early to meet us at the resort. The drivers didn’t speak good English but were courteous and got us to our destinations promptly and safely. If ever in Vietnam again I would be sure to book through this company again.

Within minutes of booking online, VTS sent a Whatsapp message to me to confirm the booking and time. Driver arrived 15 minutes earlier than my requested pick-up time - which was great because I was worrying about the traffic. The driver was also very helpful with the luggages and the ride to the airport was smooth. Would strongly recommend my friends and family to book airport transfers with VTS when in Hanoi.

VTS is the most recommended private transfer in Vietnam, the people all was very helpful. They even create a Whatsapp group chat to make sure everything was going right. The driver also always arrive on time and can speak basic english so you dont need to worry about anything. Overall this was a really great service and i will always use VTS again if i ever comeback to vietnam.
