2. Advance confirmation One day before each transfer, we communicate directly with passengers to confirm the departure time from your hotel. In the same message we also share the name of your designated driver. 3. Driver presentation After receiving confirmation from the passenger, the assigned driver sends a personal message to introduce themselves and maintain direct communication. This ensures confidence, punctuality and clarity at all times. 4. Day of transfer The driver arrives promptly at the agreed meeting point. At the airport, we wait at the international departure with an identification badge. At the hotel or home, the driver announces himself on arrival.
