What To Expect
hour 20 minutes Once you make your reservation, the reservation will be automatically confirmed. We will have a driver with a sign with your name and our company logo. Once you arrive, contact us at the number on the ticket so we know you did. We monitored the flight to find out when it arrived. We will wait for you as long as it takes to leave, at no additional charge. We know it's not your fault, as long as you contacted us. We will wait for you to contact us until 1 hour after the arrival of the flight. If you do not contact us, it will be considered a no-show. Please note that you may be approached by people trying to sell you other airport transportation services. Do not engage in conversation with them as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or just leaving. Once you have collected your luggage, you can leave directly from the airport and meet your driver, who will be waiting for you at the end of the departure lounge with a sign with your name and company logo. One day prior to your departure date, please contact us at the number on the ticket and confirm your pick-up time, we will schedule your pick-up time so that you can be at the airport 3:00 hours prior to flight departure. We will ask for your room number to complete the driver's pickup order. We will have a driver with your name at the pickup location, 5 to 10 minutes before the confirmed scheduled time.

5.00I booked a return transfer from Santo Domingo Airport to Punta Cana whilst in the UK. The process was simple and straightforward and the cost was fair give the travelling distance of over two hours, road tolls included and the high cost of fuel in Dominican Republic. There was good engagement and contact done through WhatsApp and I was impressed by the understanding nature of the business when unexpected events arose. The flight arrival was monitored and the drivers on both journeys were punctual and provided a safe and comfortable journey. On any future visit to Dominican Republic I would have no hesitation in making use of the service again.
Short but created a lot of fantastic memories that I will forever cherish . Already planning a second trip as the first one was
