We provide private transfer from airport to city or city to airport at best price with free waiting at pickup point and with professional chauffer. Once you arrive the chauffeur will greet you and take you to car. he/she will assist with your luggage and confirm with you your desination. once passenger onboard he will drive and drop you at hotel or destination as planned. There will be water and charger provided in car. Driver will also give you some city tour information if you are first time there and like to explore Copenhagen. We are flexible based on our availability and on prior planning if passenger need to change trip we will help to do that with out additional cost but based on our availability.

Instead of an expected driver waiting inside the airport with a sign with our name on it no one showed up. After we spent a half hour trying to find the driver - who should have been trying to find us - no luck. we finally received a phone call that he was waiting outside in the taxi lane, and he was prohibited from leaving his vehicle. So, we had to leave the airport and find him outside in a regulation taxi. Worst of all he acted like it was our fault. So why did I pay a premium fee to contract through Viator for a private driver only to end up with a taxi ride? Next time I will avoid the expense and hassle and just order a traditional taxi in a marked taxi lane,

We had a very disappointing experience with the transfer service from the MSC cruise terminal to Copenhagen Airport. First, the driver showed up a full 30 minutes late, which caused unnecessary stress as we were trying to catch a flight. Even more frustrating, the vehicle that arrived was not the van we had booked and paid for, but a much smaller car that couldn’t accommodate all of our luggage.. We specifically arranged for a van to ensure a comfortable and smooth transfer, and what we received was completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking, especially after an otherwise pleasant cruise experience. We expected better coordination and reliability, especially when dealing with airport transfers where timing and logistics are crucial. I would not recommend this transfer service to anyone—look elsewhere if you want peace of mind.
