Preparation for Transfer: We will contact you to give you driver information, vehicle type, and an emergency contact number. Transfer Day: The driver arrives at the meeting point (airport or specified address) at the agreed time. The driver carries a sign with the client's name to facilitate the meeting. The client receives assistance with their luggage. During the Transfer: The trip is made in a comfortable and safe vehicle, appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage. The driver follows the most efficient route, ensuring a smooth and punctual trip. Arrival Point: The driver makes sure you arrive at the specified destination (hotel, resort city, or airport). Assists the client with luggage during disembarkation. The completion of the service is confirmed and the client is cordially bid farewell.

1.00Our flight was delayed 19 hours which made us miss our connection. I immediately notified our driver that we missed our connection and asked if they could pick us up the following day. They had no availability, and therefore we had to arrange for another car to collect us from the airport. I requested a refund and was told that they would not refund me. This situation was beyond my control and there was no grace from Viator.

We were delayed coming off the delayed flight with a very long customs line - Luis met us with sign and kindly walked us to his very clean car. The ride was about 1.5 hours to Antigua and it was very smooth all the way. Thank you so much for a great service!!!

5.00The driver was in communication with us from the morning of the day of the trip. gave us right instructions about where to spot him . He was spanish speaing only but communication was easy through Whatsapp. The car was clean, the driver was polite and the trip to antigua was smooth.

5.00Our driver was Otto, he communicated via what’s app. He let us know when he was there and where to look for him. His response time was fast. I was communicating with him due to our flight being delayed and he assured us he would be there. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage and as we made our drive to Antigua he was pointing out landmarks around the city! 10/10 recommend Otto!!!
