What To Expect
The transport service begins when a booking is received through Viator, including passenger details, pickup location, schedule, and special requirements. The reservation is confirmed and assigned to an appropriate vehicle and licensed driver, with trip details shared in advance. Prior to service, the driver and operations team verify timing, route, and vehicle condition. 5.00We rode with Ezekiel on two occasions…to the La Fortuna area and later to the airport. Both rides were highly enjoyable, with water provided. Ezekiel answered our questions and also provided additional information about Costa Rica and its culture. He was polite to our kids and we enjoyed hearing about his family. He was willing to make stops, once when he spotted a sloth in the trees, but another for a grocery store visit and finally for a breakfast at a roadside restaurant. Overall we enjoyed riding with Ezekiel and will remember him had an important and engaging part of our vacation.

5.00We had scheduled a transfer with our hotel for someone to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. We got lucky enough to be picked up by John Jimenez who was the most exceptional tour guide and driver. He brought us to a delicious local spot for lunch, a great local market for snacks and we stopped all along the way at fruit stands, waterfalls and to search for wildlife. His pride and love for his country was infectious and he had such genuine curiosity and warmth. My kids were so happy that they didn’t want the drive to end! We just requested him again to pick us up and bring us to our next hotel. Highly recommend!!

5.00We took the private transfer from Liberia airport to Spring resort. It took a long time to get through Liberia airport custom, our driver Andres patiently wait for us. His minivan was maintained so clean and he even prepared the cold drink for us to enjoy during the long ride. Andres is very knowledgeable and introduced a lot of Costa Rica information with my teenage kids. We stopped at an authentic Costa Rica restaurant and the food was amazing. Our entire ride with Andres was pleasant and enjoyable. We will request him for other local rides while we are here. Highly recommend!

5.00Brownie was amazing after a very early morning and long flight. He was waiting for us at the airport as we had been directed and was immediately flexible to allow mom to sit in the front seat as she gets car sick in the back! He took us to an amazing local restaurant for some authentic Costa Rican cuisine! Since this was our first time in Costa Rica, he educated us with interesting facts along the way to the resort. I highly recommend!

5.00Absolutely amazing day with Juan Himenez. He turned a day of transit into a trip highlight. He shared his love for and pride in Costa Rica, educating us about the agriculture, the wild life and the culture. He went out of his way to make sure we got pictures along the way, even taking amazing photos with his binoculars.
