Your Booking is automatically confirmed. Hotel Pick up: Please wait at the Lobby. At the designated time, our professional driver meets you at your hotel, then will be help you with your luggage. Airport Pick up: In the Arrival hall please turn right and walk to Gate 3 where our Representative will wait for your and show a sign with your Name. She will guide you to the driver. The Transfer will go directly to your Destination Hotel. If you need To stop on the way for Toilet or other emergency please let the driver know. At your Destination please check all your belongings before the driver leave.

The airport is very chaotic and took a while to find our name. We booked through Viator but our name was on a generic sign even though we saw other Viator customers. Very confusing. But once we found our people they were very good. Driver was very safe.

Excellent service. Needed a late evening journey with a partner with limited mobility. The communication was prompt and helpful via emails. The driver was curtious and very helpful.
