5.00We had an EARLY morning flight out of BCN -- like we had to leave the hotel at 3:30 am. I was super concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a cab or Uber at that time, so wanted to use a car service. I chose this service because we used it previously. But... there was no way to select a 3:30 am pick-up time. I hedged my bets, and did the booking anyway and explained the situation. No problem. They arranged for a 3:30 am pick-up from the hotel. I got the name and number of the driver the night before, which was great comfort having this info. We checked out of the hotel at 3 am, and looked outside -- boom, the driver was already there waiting for us. Driver was super friendly, asked us how we liked Barcelona, etc., and we had a smooth trip to the airport. I think the car was a Mercedes E-Class, which is always nice, too. He dropped us off at the exact right spot at BCN, and we checked-in no problems for our flight. Just so pleased all the way around. Totally going to use them the next time we go to Barcelona (what can I say, we fell in love with the city!).

5.00I used this company for a total of 5 transfers from the airport to the city. We had 2 large luggage, 2 small carry on, and 3 passengers. It would have been 2 taxi for us. Therefore I decided to book in advance. I wanted to write a review to highlight one very important point. I appreciated that the day before, the company sent me a message via trip advisor providing me the drivers name and number in case I need to reach them. Since I have WhatsApp it was very easy to connect with them. I have booked many transfers before. The anxiety and nerves that come with…. Are they going to show? Are we going to be able to find each other? … is very nerve wrecking and does not need to be added to the stress of traveling. I appreciated this so much about this company. The peace of mind they provided was golden 🙂

5.00The driver arrived about 15 minutes early, which suited us just fine. The van was plenty big enough for 4 adults and our baggage to the airport. The van was sparkling clean, and the driver was polite and helpful. It took all the anxiety out of getting to our flight on time.
