Your transfer begins with our driver picking you up at the agreed time and location in Bishkek, assisting with your luggage, and starting the journey toward the Korday Border Crossing (Kyrgyzstan–Kazakhstan border), which takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at the border, you will take your passports and cross on foot while the vehicle completes a separate inspection process. After crossing into Kazakhstan, you can comfortably wait at the gas station on the Kazakhstan side, where our support team will assist you if needed and help you reconnect with the driver once he has also crossed. From there, the journey continues smoothly toward Almaty, with around 4 hours of driving, followed by drop-off at your specified address in Almaty. Have a pleasant journey!
