5.00The ship was unable to get into port and Sanjeev worked with me to reschedule to the next day. Great job on communication. I was surprised that the private transfer ended up being a shared transfer with another couple but I attribute that to the fact that he was trying to juggle people's arrivals for the next day. All in all, I was picked up and transported to the hotel with no issues.
