We were over an hour late due to baggage service issues and a late takeoff, so I worried if our transfer would still be there. They were there, waiting with a clear sign. Immediately took us to the car and on to our hotel. Offered water and wifi!! Great service!! Good communication before the flight to reassure us they would be there and even as late as we were…they were there!! Thank you! Renato
