Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase (approx. 23 kg). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

4.00The coordinator had a long list of people he was picking up. We had to search him out. We were expecting someone with our name on a sign. Thankfully it wasn't very busy at the airport. Was put into a vehicle within 10min. Courteous and driver was good.

5.00WE a reserved a car to transport us from the Zihuateno airport to Ixtapa. the car was there when we arrived and the luggage was loaded into car and then the car delivered us to our hotel. Prompt and courteous service. it did take a minuet to locate driver, I would have appreciated a sign.
