Dealing with this Triptivo technologies for this private transfer was a nightmare. They are on of the most irresponsible companies who never bothered to answer any of my emails or text messages both via this platform and whatsapp. I had to call them the night before the travel to get them moving to assign me a a car and a driver. Instead, they shared by contract details with a host of drivers who so started messaging me on whatsapp claiming to be my driver adding to my confusion. This was a clear violation of privacy policy of Viator platform. Driver Bhanu took short cuts to avoid paying tolls by taking us via a byepass to the high way that was really bad road with lots of bumps, for almost 30 minutes. I.e. it’s unconscionable that he did this since the price paid for includes all taxes and tolls. Viator needs to immediately de-list this company. Do not ever use this company.

Driver was courteous and pleasant. 30 mins late (maybe his control person's fault - unsure). Driver took endless phone calls while driving and overtaking - ok this may be normal for India, but a little overwhelming - I do feel at least we could stop the driving with one hand, sometimes no hands while driving, or even hands INSIDE the steering wheel. Driver did not really seem to know where hotel was - again this is ok, but as booked months in advance we would expect company would have looked this up before journey.

Nice and kind driver. Even if he didn’t speak English, offered us a break for tea and lunch if We wanted. Arrived in Time Even if We left late because the hotel didn't warn us he was waiting.

It was very convenient and the service was great. We were picked up at our hotel in Jaisalmer and dropped off at our hotel in Jodphur which was in a part if the city that doesn’t allow cars, so the driver coordinated with our hotel to get us a tuk tuk ride for the very end.
