What To Expect
Our private transfer(one way) from La Aurora AirPort to Panajachel (downtown area only) is designed to provide you with comfort and peace of mind throughout your entire trip. When you book with us, we will provide all the necessary information to the driver for pick-up and drop-off. A vehicle is exclusively assigned to the group of passengers accordingly. In case of delays, your flight is tracked online, so please make sure to send your flight information to us. Our drivers are well trained, responsible and experienced to make your private travel more pleasant. Our driver will be expecting for you right out the passengers exit. Please choose the right exit "Blue wing" "Ala Celeste" The driver will have a sign with your name or any other text that you prefer.. The usual route that we take is from La Aurora AirPort is: passing through zones 12 and 11 of Guatemala city, then San Cristóbal boulevard, the towns of San Lucas Sacatepéquez, El Tejar Chimaltenago, Sumpango, Las Cuces, and arriving in Panajachel. (NO dorp off outside downtown Panajachel). Please make sure your drop off is in the main streets of Panajachel as we do not do drop offs on any of the other towns (neither Santa Catarina Palopo, nor San Antonio Palopo). We can make a stop in San Lucas Sacatepéquez money exchange at a bank if necessary. Usually, we make a stop halfway (at Pueblo Real) to use the restrooms or stretch out for 5 to 10 minutes.

3.00No meet and greet is incl as I thought, would of been nice to get info on where to meet the day before, and not last min when I was flying there. Driver was on the phone most of the ride which made me a bit nervous, busy roads with curves to Panajachel about 3 hours ride, she should got off the phone and paid more attention. She was holding the phone too while talking, no headsets. I made it to my hotel safe after all. Would book the private taxi next time instead though.

5.00Amazing private transfer experience! Worth every dollar! From the initial communication after booking via what'sapp, to pickup at the airport and our great conversations on the way to Panajachel, everything was perfect and I cannot reccomend this service enough! Additionally, they provide a shuttle service for larger groups that you can book in advance and the drivers can make stops along the way for food, ATM, bathroom, etc. A++

5.00Convenient transportation! Zoe was our driver. She had us wait on the curb once we arrived at GUA. Offered us various stops throughout the long drive from the airport to Panajachel. With traffic it ended up being about a 4 hour ride. Comfortable car. Would book again.

5.00Zoe was our driver and had us meet her outside GUA on the street for pickup. She let us know there would be traffic as we left the city and that we could stop along the way to use the bathroom or get food if we needed. Comfortable vehicle for the 4 hour ride. Would book again!
