1.00We booked for 3 people, exactly as shown on the website. Nowhere does it say the transport would be a car—in fact, the photo advertises a van, which is what we expected. Instead, we were told last minute that a small car was assigned to us, and if we wanted a van (which we thought we already paid for), we’d have to pay an extra €40. Our only other option was to cancel the whole reservation just 2 days before pickup, which wasn’t realistic. We had no choice but to pay the extra €30 after negotiating down. We ended up paying €230 one way, which was not worth it. Very misleading—others should inquire with other transfer companies first.

5.00We used this company for round trip travel from Naples to Positano and were very pleased with both rides. Valentina and Carmine were both friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled drivers which is a must for these city mountain roads! They both made us feel comfortable and assured we would arrive safely. Valentina waited for us while we were at Pompeii and Carmine suggested a wonderful restaurant in Naples. Would definitely recommend.

5.00Giovanni welcomed us at the airport holding a sign with our name after a long international flight. He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I traveled with our 3 children and they said it was the best car they have ever been in. It was super spacious and comfortable for the 1.5 hr drive to our air b n b in Positano. We didn’t have cell service so he phoned our air b n b host for us to set up a meeting point. We don’t want to return back to the states but knowing we have this luxury service to bring us on our return also will be a nice ending. Thank you!!
