What To Expect
Book easily and safely on our website, you will then receive your confirmation. The driver will then pick you up at the requested Check-out Point and drop you off at your destination. Our door-to-door service allows guests to be picked up/dropped off in front of their hotels from/to their Check-out/Arrival Terminal at the airport. Our minibuses can carry up to 8 passengers and contain baby seats or booster to carry even small ones at no extra cost No show policy: For an Arrival at the airports: The driver will take into account the terminal of your landed flight time or the specific pick-up time you asked for and will wait 1 hour after that time. If you're late, the driver can't wait for you by respect to other reservations, in this case, that's a "NO SHOW", no refund for you. For Departure: The driver will wait 15 min after the pickup time from the hotel or private address. If you're late, the driver can't wait for you by respect to other passengers & reservations, in this case, that's a "NO SHOW", no refund for you.

5.00We actually used this service for transfer from the airport to Paris at the start of our holiday and booked it again to transfer back to the airport at the end of the holiday. Driver arrived exactly at the time he said he would (7.00am) and phoned us when he had arrived to give us his exact location. Courteous and professional service from the driver. Booking online was easy and information about pick up point from the company was great in both directions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

5.00Our original pick up time was at 0800, but because we were concerned about arriving at the airport too close to our departure time, I requested an earlier pick up. The company accomodated my request with no problems, and our driver showed up about 15-20 minutes early. Our ride went smoothly with no issues, and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. My only complaint might be that the cost was quite high.

5.00We were grateful to have the Bluevan service to help us get to the airport in a timely fashion. I was impressed to receive a courtesy call the day before alerting us to some anticipated road closures and possible delays and an offer to get picked up a little earlier. Worked out great!
