5.00Our driver was outstanding. He gave us a guided tour all the way from Prague to Passau. He was courteous and friendly and never tired of answering our questions. We could not have asked for better service. The tour of the town of Krumlov was great. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Beautiful town and castle

5.00Excellent transport and tour.... our driver, Peter, arrived promptly at our hotel in Prague - professional appearance and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the area. We not only got the transportation to Passau, but learned so much about the history of each town/region we traveled through. Our stop in Cesky Krumlov was well worth it. What a lovely town with an interesting history. Our tour guide there was also really top notch. When we arrived in Passau, Germany to meet our river boat, we found that the boat had moved from its original port and wouldn't arrive to our location for another 45 minutes. Rather than drop us off on the dock, Peter waited with us for almost an hour until our boat arrived. We were so appreciative of this. He could have easily left us at our destination as his job was done, but he stayed with us to insure our safe arrival. This is the second time that I have booked with Viator, and have had excellent experiences both times. For this trip, though, Peter went above and beyond what we could have expected. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Viator again recommend their tours/service to anyone who wants high quality service and good value for their money. 10 out of 10!!!
