  We contacted this company because our client specifically requested to use their services for a transfer. Respecting the client’s preference, we reached out and sent a detailed request. Unfortunately, the experience from the very beginning was disappointing. It took a long time for the company to respond to our initial request. Eventually they provided a price and a vehicle option for the transfer. As soon as we received this information, we immediately confirmed that we wanted to proceed with the booking and provided all required details, including the passenger’s name. We received a short reply saying “OK, we will book it.” After that, however, communication became extremely difficult. We had to follow up several times asking for confirmation, payment details, and driver information. Each time we had to remind them again to provide the necessary details. Eventually we only received a driver’s phone number and a payment link. We completed the payment immediately. When the time came for the driver to pick up our passenger, both the driver and the company completely stopped responding. The driver read our WhatsApp message but did not reply. We tried calling both the driver and the company multiple times, but no one answered the phone. As a result, our client was left without the arranged transfer and had to urgently book a taxi instead. What made the situation even worse was that after this happened, we contacted the company requesting a refund for the service that was never provided. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response or reaction to our refund request. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company. Communication is very slow and unreliable, and the most concerning part is that both the driver and the company stopped responding at the exact moment the service was supposed to be provided. Even after the incident, our attempts to resolve the issue and request a refund were simply ignored.

  I had paid for a private transfer from Riga airport to the city center, but no driver or company showed up at arrivals...neither did they respond to emails and sms I sent... after 1 hour waiting, I paid extra taxi to leave the airport...
