1.00I ordered and paid in advance $305.48 for a ride from Hilton Rotterdam to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport for the morning of June 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM and the ride never showed up. I had to make other arrangements to get my party and I to the airport. All the trip arranging was accomplished via phone call to Viator and the representative apparently did not put in a incorrect pick up time, instead he placed my flight time in as pick up time. I communicated with the ride supplier and they could not supply a ride initially until an hour later, which was not acceptable. I made other arrangements at the point. The ride supplier attempted to contact me about an immediate pick up, a half hour later but we had already left. I would like to have what I paid for a ride that never showed up, returned ($305.48)
