5.00It was my first time using Wanaka Transfers for a 7:00 AM flight from Queenstown. We planned a 4:00 AM pickup, but due to sudden snowfall, they proactively adjusted the route and pickup time—smart move! Driver Alastair arrived early at 3:30 AM, handled my luggage with care, and drove calmly and energetically. Even though I was tired, I felt relaxed and safe the whole way.
