  We booked a private transfer with AlpTransfer from Zermatt to Geneva. It was fantastic. This was our third booking during the last month. Every single time was perfect service, awesome clean vehicles, great drivers. Uriel was punctual actually 15 mins early. I was a little worried because they wanted to pick us up at Urania Parking Kiosk and the hotel and tour manager kept asking are we sure they are allowed to drive up to that point. Most pickups take place at Tasch Train Station, which we didn’t want to ‘do because we had alot of big luggage. But Alpatransfer does have the special license to drive to this point. Our hotel took us but their etaxi to Urania just a 2 min drive and Uriel was there waiting. Love their reminder emails and texts so I know they’ll show up. Their email has a link to track the car so we can see how far out they are. Very efficiently run business. I wish we had found these guys 10 years ago when we were coming yearly to ski. Highly recommend these guys. We just wish they handled other European countries. But we will use them wherever we are in Switzerland or originate or end there.

  On the last leg of our trip around Switzerland, our driver from AlpExcursion, Tim, picked us up in Zermatt for a visit up to the Gruyere area (cute cheese and chocolate factory tours, a walk around the Gruyere castle and little town, plus one of the best lunch stops on our trip) with a drop off afterward at our hotel in Geneva. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The four of us travel together often, and we thought he was one of the best guides we've had in any country! He was fun, helpful, thoughtful, and easy-going. He guided us to each location and personally made sure everything went 100% smoothly at every stop. We genuinely enjoyed his company! Plus our van was comfortable and we were able to customize our pick-up times and stops on the tour. Thanks to AlpTransfer/AlpExcursion for a great experience!

  Seamless, efficient service from booking to the actual trip. I was kept informed through email and text messages. The customer representative was warm and friendly and very helpful. The driver was waiting for us and was also friendly and helpful.

  We chose Alp Transfer for a ride from Zermatt to the Geneva Airport because the train system would not allow us to arrive in time for our flight. I based my decision on reviews, and we were not disappointed!!! Our driver was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He assisted us with our luggage and offered us water promptly. He ensured we were comfortable with the temperature. During our drive, we got to know our driver and learned much about the country and surrounding areas. Our driver was personable. We made one stop before Geneva to use the restroom, and grabbed a snack. He even offered me a token to use the bathroom. We arrived to the airport with ample time to spare. The car was clean, and our driver was a safe and competent driver. I would highly recommend this company and certainly use them again. I offer the highest compliment and recommendation based on our experience!
