In each booking we must have this information from you : - Full Names of all the passengers - Number of passengers - Flight number / Ship name, Date & Time details - Number of boosters or babyseats you need for your children (Free of Charge) - Exact destination (hotel, villa, point) - If you have 4 Big Suitcases and more you ought to book the Minivan option because the 4 Big Suitcases cannot be fit in a Sedan Car. - If you have more than 7 big Suitcases please inform us For Heraklion Airport & Port arrivals the driver will be waiting for you with your name on board. If for any reason you cannot see / find him please call our WhatsApp number

George was AMAZING! Personalable and helpful from first contact to confirm booking and then throughout multiple contacts with him do to a crucial change in our plans "thanks" to the airlines. He worked with us and found a driver for our new time and this a long two hour transfer from Heraklion to Chania. So grateful to him and his driver for extraordinary customer service!
So helpful generally and in a crisis change!

From my initial contact before arrival to confirm booking directly with them the actual vendor, to a critical last minute change in our needs with a two hour transport, George took great care of us. George picked us up straight off the ferry. He led us to his very comfortable Mercedes van and gave us bottles of water. We had a relaxing ride to Chania with George surving as a friendly, unobtrusive guide. Highly recommended transfer service.

Had an amazing experience with George - he picked us up from the airport, communicated with me a few days beforehand to make sure we knew we’d be taken care of, and gave us a very safe, comfortable and pleasant 2 hour journey to Chania. George offered us water and even cough drops for our scratchy throats, and had amazing sightseeing recommendations for us and even better conversation. Could not recommend enough.

Our driver was very communicative and helpful. Answered a lot of questions about local culture and history, gave restaurant recommendations, etc. He was a safe driver and we felt really comfortable. Very friendly and professional. The vehicle was very nice - comfortable, roomy and clean.
