What To Expect
After booking confirmation, travelers will receive driver and vehicle details by 8:00 PM on the evening before the pickup date for easy coordination. For airport pickups at Noi Bai International Airport, the driver will wait at the arrival area holding a name sign. -->For international arrivals, the meeting point is at Column 15 outside the arrival terminal. -->For domestic arrivals, the driver will meet travelers inside the arrival hall near the exit area. Detailed pickup instructions will be reconfirmed before the travel date. For hotel pickups in Hanoi, the driver will meet guests at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. This is a private direct transfer from Hanoi or Noi Bai International Airport to Sa Pa. The journey takes approximately 6 hours via the Hanoi–Lao Cai expressway, offering a comfortable and scenic mountain drive. Short rest stops can be arranged upon request during the journey. Upon arrival in Sa Pa, travelers will be dropped off directly at their hotel or accommodation where vehicle access is permitted.

5.00Reliable Vietnam Travel was the perfect choice for our ride from Noi Bai Airport to Sapa! Booking was incredibly easy, their prices are very reasonable, and the team was super responsive. They even gave us a complimentary car upgrade! Choosing them over a sleeper bus gave us a much smoother and faster journey. The driver was waiting for us at the airport before our flight even landed. We made it to our Sapa hotel in just about 4 hours, giving us plenty of time to rest before our tour started. If you want a chill, comfortable ride between Hanoi and Sapa, definitely book with RVT!

5.00The limousine is nice and the drivers are kind. We really enjoyed the comfortable travel hours from the Airport to Sapa, and Sapa to Hanoi, and from Hanoi to Airport. We also loved the massage function in the limousine and the charging ports are really helpful. 5/5 stars for me.

5.00After a decadenof planning, we actually did it. My friends and I had a really great time, thanks to their van service. We availed the limo van, all have back massager. We had the van for 4 days. From Noi Bai to Sapa, Sapa to Hanoi, Hanoi to Halong then Halong to airport. We were able to go to the places we wanted to visit on our own pace. Our driver, Chóp was really nice. We also availed their Halong Bay Sunset Cruise. The boat was huge and really nice. Though the snacks weren't served at the upper deck, it was still an unforgetable experience. The driver and the operator are very responsive, even at wee hours. Thank you for your service, we won't forget this core memory.
