5.00This airport transfer was great. Sebastian picked us up from the hotel at the agreed time. Sebastian was very courteous took our bags and put them in the car. We had a pleasant journey, the car was clean and roomy. I would recommend Sebastian and we would use this again. Thank you.

Prior to our travel I received a WhatsApp from Sebastian saying he was my transport provider and he could also organise other tours for us so we booked our Auschwitz tour with him. Our first driver was Tomasz and he also contacted me via WhatsApp when we landed. He was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for our stay in Krakow . Sebastian was our driver for Auschwitz and his time keeping was impeccable. He was very friendly and his mini van was clean and comfortable and all his English was excellent. Our transfer driver back to the airport was Slaweck. We contacted him via WhatsApp to see if he could pick us up early which he did. This was a good thing as the queues at the airport were horrendous. All in all I can highly recommend this service and all the drivers.

5.00Sebastian's communication from word go was 5🌟 nothing was too much trouble and before our visit he even sorted a tour for our first day to the Salt Mines Dawid picked us up from the airport and then gave us a huge amount of information and advice before our tour. He was awaiting once our tour had finished and drove us to our hotel. We decided to go to the airport early due to hearing horror stories of passport control and Sebastian was great with changing our times. I really cant thank and praise their services enough. We will definitely use again for future trips. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys so much. Xx

5.00Best taxi service I have been in. Kuba our driver who picked my wife and I up from Krakow airport was very friendly and professional. He spoke very good English and on our journey he was very chatty and told us about different landmarks as we were passing. He also told us about different polish restaurants to eat at and they were fantastic. It made the perfect start to our holiday 10/10. Then David was our driver who picked us up and took us to the airport. David again was very professional and very friendly, was very chatty and made us feel very comfortable. He dropped us right outside the terminal departure door and told us where we needed to go 10/10. I could not recommend this company and the two drivers enough. They kept us up to date with texts to let us know how long they would be from collection to pickup would highly recommend this company for transportation. Thank you Kuba and David.

5.00We had transfer from Krakow airport to the hotel was excellent, We got talking saying I had a guided tour cancelled at Auschwitz, He went out of his way to organise us to tickets which we skipped the line and waited for us to take us back ,wonderful guy . Excellent experience, highly recommend this company to anyone who is visiting Krakow, 10/10 all round ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00We used this company for transport from the airport, for a trip to Auschwitz and a trip to the salt mines. Three different journeys and each one perfect. Nice comfortable transport, great communication, reliable and on time and friendly also. Shout out to Sebastian and Daniel who were our drivers We will definitely recommend this company to any of our friends visiting krakow
