5.00The drivers were courteous both ways, to and from the airport. I would highly recommend them. Even though they were not fluent in English, they tried to communicate with us.

5.00WestJet did WestJet things after our flight was cancelled, and we ended up 30 minutes away from the airport at the Majestic Colonial for the night. Our rescheduled flight left at 11 am, and our "free" WestJet transfer was only scheduled to collect us at 9 am, along with the other 150+ impacted by the cancelled flight. Anyway, it was clear this would not work out well. With less than 10 hours before we needed to be at the airport, we booked a private transfer with Punta Cana Transfer. Their pricing was among the best we found, the driver arrived on time in a clean and comfortable van, the driver was very friendly and we made it to the airport on time to catch our flight home. Highly recommend.

5.00Julio had excellent customer service as well as all his drivers. Picked up and dropped off on time And offered amazing deals on the excursions. We booked everything through their website and was immediately contacted confirming everything. Very responsive! Will definitely use this service again if we come back to punta Cana

5.00I’ve never been the type to take the time to leave a review, but I have to say that this transfer company and its employees are the most professional and courteous transfer we’ve ever had. We’ve traveled Mexico, Puerto Rico, and many parts of the US and never been so relaxed. On the trip from from Punta Cana Airport to our resort we were delayed for almost 2hrs at customs due to the long lines. The driver was patient, they kept in constant communication with us and patiently waited, he was even the first person in front of the door when we walked out of the airport and had my name largely displayed for me to see. On our return trip from the resort to the site airport the driver was 20min early and was extremely patient while we did our check out. Our driver Marving was extremely kind and helpful. We wanted to do so last minute shopping and without any hesitation on our way to the airport he took us to get some last minute items. This company is 1000% safe! and extremely recommended!!
