We had an excellent experience with Caribbean Transfers. They were recommended to us by our travel agent. Pick up bot at the airport and our hotel was prompt, on time and very clear. The drivers had a tablet with our name. The drivers handled all of the luggage. The large van was air conditioned and very clean! The drivers were excellent at navigating the traffic and we felt safe at all times during the transfer. I would definitely use this service again!

Driver was already waiting for us when we arrived with a name plate with my name on it. Company was in communication with me prior to our arrival on what/what not to do. Vehicle was clean, cold drinks inside and A/C. Made getting to the hotel so easy. We arrived before everyone else so no long lines for check-in!! Going back to the airport was just as easy!! Driver didn't speak much English but was friendly and courteous.

So easy to schedule and received prompt, courteous and safe service. Worked with Julio and Francis and they were awesome. Less expensive than scheduling through the resort. We had a private transfer for 7 people upon arrival (flights are tracked to ensure all passengers have arrived) and we were greeted with a sign that displayed the reservation name so there was no searching. We stayed longer than others in the group and received the same service for our party of 4 on the return trip to the airport. Highly recommend.
