5.00Alex was fantastic! He worked hard to get us to a bathroom and gave us a great lunch recommendation. I wanted to stop somewhere for lunch on our way and we had a chance to wander the streets of Brienz a bit as well. We’ve used this company many times now and they’re great!!

5.00We used AlpTransfer services twice for five people with luggage during our trip in Switzerland. We had completely different experiences. 1. From our Brienz hotel to our Lucerne hotel - our driver this day was AMAZING. He was early and helped retrieve all of our luggage. He was super friendly and loved to talk with us - helped us learn about Switzerland and wanted to hear about our travels. 2. From our Lucerne hotel to Zurich Airport. Our driver this day was also on time and helped us with our luggage. There was no communication from him on the way. Which was fine as we were ending our vacation, but it was just a completely different experience based on the personality of the driver you will get. The company was overall great - easy to work with and communicate with when scheduling. They supplied us with waters and free wifi for both trips. While more expensive than your traditional train transportation in Switzerland, the details and ease of direct transfer from point A to B, was worth the cost.
