1.00Terrible experience. Tried to reschedule to due getting the flu, and completely unwilling to accommodate. I could have cancelled 24+ hours before, but instead I messaged them to ask to move it back a few days. Because they responded much later and within 24 hours, I was charged. No budging at all.

3.00Booked transportation from the airport to the Hotel Hilton Tahiti. Our driver very nice, met us at the terminal and delivered us to the hotel. The ride took approximately 5 minutes for a total of $150.08 while a taxi cost $20.00. Definitely not worth the cost!

5.00We booked Rhomtrip to transport our party of 5 from the airport to our hotel in town. When we arrived it took a while to get through customs. I communicated with Rhomtrip while in line to let them know. They were very helpful and reassuring. Our driver was waiting with a sign and flower leis for our whole party. The transfer went flawlessly. It was easy to book and the instructions were perfect. I would highly recommend.

5.00Our flight was delayed 3+ hours. When we notified the company, they said it was not a problem and they would be there. Fantastic service at pickup. Our driver met us outside of baggage and was extremely helpful. He shared information about the island on The drive to the resort.

5.00Driver was on time, holding our name on a board, and greeted us with fresh flower leis and a cold bottle of water. He also offered to drive us past the ferry terminal where we needed to go for the next morning's activity, so we knew where it was. It was very helpful!

1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. This booking is a complete SCAM. I booked luxury transport in a Mercedes Van and did not receive anything near this. i was picked up in a regular Hyundai van. While the van was clean, this is clearly not what I booked...nor was it "luxury" in any way. When I contacted the operator they said they provided the equivalent to what i booked. Now one is paying almost $200 for a regular white van. I could've took a regular taxi for $20-30 for the ten minute ride. This is a clear bait and switch and a SCAM by this company. A Mercedes van is advertised(and pictured) and promised, then when they pick you up they say its not available and give you a regular van even though you paid for a luxury Mercedes Van. At no point do they every tell you its not available. This is shameful and viator should kick them off the platform. I will be escalating this with viator.
