5.00Easy & straight forward. Booked my ride they informed me when my driver was outside of my hotel via WhatsApp. Hopped in and drove me to the airport. The ride was smooth and the driver was nice. The van itself was very comfortable/clean and new so it drove smoothly and was just an overall nice experience and I felt safe as a solo traveler

5.00Second time visiting Costa Rica and booking with Charles. I would trust no other person! This time, we drove to Tamarindo from San José. The whole journey felt like a breeze. He made sure I was comfortable and made stops whenever I needed. He even suggested we do a little detour to check out the Starbucks coffee farm and Playa Conchal because we had some extra time and oh my goodness, they were worth it. I would have never known about or visited these places on my own if it weren't for his suggestions and getting me there. I'm happy to have picked the Baqueano because I got way more than a point A to B transport. I actually had lots of great conversations, and he told me so much about the culture and history, so I got an experience too.

5.00Excellent experience. The Baqueano and my driver, Jeffrey, made the trip a very positive experience. They provided drinks and snacks and went above and beyond to make the journey from Tamarindo to San Jose comfortable. I highly recommend their service and will be a returning customer.

5.00As a solo traveler is hard and expensive to get around Costa Rica. These guys helped me finding rides with cheap fares. Friendly experienced drivers, also attention was super fast via Whatsapp even during festive days like Xmas and NYE. Would definitely recommend!
