1.00Our flight was delayed and our luggage lost. I accept that. But the driver had a bad attitude with us. The first thing he said was “I’ve been waiting an hour”. Then he said we owe him 25 more euro for the wait time. I explained that first Viator site said you would be tracking our flight. 2nd, Viator site says the wait time is 70 minutes before they start charging.
Good ride but Viator should stop the false advertising

4.00Please note that the Private Transfer is not a chauffeur driven black Mercedes sedan as illustrated by Viator. They should cease the misleading advertising, and I have reported this before. Just as well as we had a very pleasant driver who was on time and waited for us at the kerbside. He was safe and very helpful.

1.00Terrible. When I landed I had a message saying let me know when you land and get your bags. I did that and got no response. Walked out and found no one waiting for us. Texted 3 times and called only to be hung up on then finally received a message saying "coming". Had everything not be prepaid I would have just taken a taxi by now. We were waiting out side for over 30 minutes when a regular taxi, who was not the person scheduled to get me or that I had been messaging (Nasir), drove up. The taxi driver said he just got the call 5 minutes before. I was a terrible way to start the trip. We paid this premium price to wait 30 minutes and then take a regular taxi.
