What To Expect
When you book with us, you will receive confirmation by email. Upon your arrival at Sangster International Airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the passenger arrivals area, displaying the lead passenger's full name. You will then be driven to the hotel or resort in one of our fully air-conditioned cars.

5.005 stars, 100% recommended. Our driver Desmond was a superstar, providing us a ride to/from Montego Bay Airport to Bahia Principe, as well as an excursion to Blue Hole and the Bob Marley Mosoleum. We had a great time, Desmond gave us a lot of history of the island, very interesting. We are seasoned travellers from eastern Canada but this was our first trip to Jamaica. I would highly recommend Eternal Tours (Desmond specifically) to anyone traveling to Jamaica.

5.00Desmond Sr was a delight, he provided comfort, drinks including water, juice, rumpunch and entertainment. His other staff Desmond Jr and Winston were also very nice and delightful . They took good care of us and we felt safe. I would add to the experience, talk more of the areas we drive through. My Goddaughter has been using Jamaica Eternal Tours for many years. This was our first time using them and we will use them again when returning to Jamaica 🇯🇲

5.00We had a group of 14 ladies, and they got all of us to and from the hotel seamlessly, even took us to the lagoon without any issues! The service was reliable, friendly, and professional. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for group transportation!

From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and filled with that warm Jamaican hospitality. Desmond’s team was wonderful; Winston (Desmond’s brother) took us to the beautiful Luminous Lagoon and made sure everyone had a great time. When some of us experienced a flight delay, Desmond didn’t miss a beat and made sure we got to the resort safely and comfortably. The team also stepped in and helped transport a second group to the airport with ease, which we were so grateful for. The whole team worked together seamlessly, always showing up with a smile, patience, and flexibility. We truly felt cared for and looked after. Highly recommend Desmond’s company to anyone traveling to Jamaica, this is exactly the kind of service that makes a trip feel effortless and memorable. Thank you all again!

5.00Desmond jr. was timely and professional when picking up my family from the runaway resort going to the airport. Roughly an hour in distance. He told us information while sight seeing and had a good conversation on other topics. I will be calling him again when traveling around Jamica!!

5.00Desmond and his brother provided transportation for our group from the airport to our resort and back to the airport. They also provided transportation for ou excursion. They were punctual, professional, warm and friendly! They provided excellent service! I will definitely use them the next time I visit Jamaica!

On my departure which was later than the others h Desmond Jr. took us to the airport what an awesome young man. I plan on traveling back to Montego Bay again in February and will suggest this service to my daughter who is making the arrangements. 5 star all the way

5.00I wish I could rate them higher. Desmond was the best! We had trouble coming through customs so we were delayed over 2 hours while Desmond was waiting out side for our transfer. I was worried he would be upset with the wait but in true Jamaican fashion, it was "No Problem". He stopped so we could grab refreshments and pointed out historical landmarks on our way to the resort. Desomond also drove us for our excursions and told us what to expect and helped us to not fall prey to overzealous hawkers and other tourist traps (never accept gifts from strangers!). On our last day, the worst happened. We got to the airport over an hour away and somone in my party left their bag at the resort with their money and passport. Desmond saved the day! He said "No Problem" and had another driver in the area go to the resort and pick up the bag and bring it to us at the airport so we still made our flights. I cannot thank Desmond enough for saving our vacation. I will only use Jamaica Eternal Tours and Transportation moving forward.

5.00This company is WAYYYY more than just a transportation. It’s a chance to have a private shuffle and a guy that’s on the inside who can set excursions up for you and all of above (at extremely lower prices). If you treat them right, they’ll treat you right because they genuinely want what’s best for you. My weeklong trip wouldn’t have been the same without this and Desmond. 10/10 recommend #lovebrotherdesmond
