What To Expect
The normal travel time between Guatemala City's La Aurora International Airport and Antigua, Guatemala is 1.5 hours, however, please be prepared for traffic and other delays. We recommend you depart Antigua at least two hours prior to the time you are required to be at the airport. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, accidents, inclement weather, political protests, or road work. Please provide us with your incoming flight information so our driver is prepared for early or late arrivals. We will check flight status and be there to accommodate any delays up to one hour.

5.00We had a great experience with this private transport service and would highly recommend it. Valerie was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and made the booking process very easy and seamless. The cars were clean, drivers were punctual, and everything ran smoothly. We especially appreciated that they accommodated a stop on the way from Antigua to Lake Atitlán. Our driver Gustavo Rivas was fantastic, very friendly, engaging, and shared a lot about Guatemala’s history and culture during the drive, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Jose, who drove us from Guatemala City to Antigua, was also wonderful and very pleasant to ride with. Overall, a really reliable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely use them again.

5.00We had a great and smooth experience with this service. Our driver Fernanda was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and got us to Antigua quickly and safely! Before we arrived, we got a message from Due South that gave us a link to the customs form we needed to fill out (which saved us lots of time upon arrival) , explained what the process would be when we arrived, and told us exactly where to meet Fernanda. We appreciated all of the communication and highly recommend this service!

5.00Very professional, top service! We were 4 hours late departing the plane and the agency provided us with transport without any worries. Very quick response not whatsapp, super responsive even at 11pm when we landed. The driver was very nice driving perfectly well. Thank you again.
